I’m a creative strategist and lifecycle marketing leader with 13 years of experience building the programs that keep customers coming back — and the brand identities that make them fall in love in the first place. An artist, writer, and filmmaker by nature, I approach every marketing challenge as a chance to create something that actually means something.

At IPSY, I oversaw CRM strategy for 6 million members and led the campaigns that won Iterable’s Best Cross-Channel Marketing Campaign award. My BFCM strategy generated $1.3M in revenue, exceeding forecast by 6%. A single SMS touchpoint I introduced to the abandoned cart journey boosted conversions 30%. At Universal Yums, I drove $4.15M in holiday email revenue. At OCM, a segmentation strategy I built unlocked 23% of annual email conversions from an audience the team had never tapped. Currently at EquiLife, I lead the lifecycle team behind $8M in revenue — overhauling automated messaging, driving weekly and monthly promotional communications, and building a seamless subscription experience focused on retention and community.
